The finest MAGI® oil paints are artist paints with a pasty consistency, but can be thinned with linseed oil as desired up to the wet technique. So that you can decide how you want to use the colours, we have left them rather thick - so you can also work directly and without additives with a thicker application of paint.

The oil colours are based on linseed oil and have very good drying properties. All colours can be applied very well in several layers and can be mixed with each other.

The airtight resealable plastic tube is covered with light-proof aluminium foil and guarantees a very long shelf life without the colours drying out, even when the tubes are opened. It is best to clean the brushes with turpentine oil substitute and then with brush cleaner or artists' soap.

TIP: When you open the tubes, some linseed oil may come out at first - I usually just use it straight away to dilute. If you knead the tubes a little before opening them for the first time, you can also simply work the linseed oil back into the paint.
